| Outcomes and Results: | Together with the shining first graders, their teacher (Mrs Kazaldjieva) and vice-headmistress (Mrs Krumova) of 81st Secondary school "Victor Hugo" in Sofia, BG! We all enjoyed immensely the first HealthEDU event and the treats we got after the learning activities! Starting from the food pyramid, going through the various vegetables, fruits, grains and guessing which is which, explaining what insulin does and how the trans-fatty acids block its work and reaching the food street-lights game where the kids had to stick various foods to the different lights - foods we should eat every day, foods we should eat more rarely and foods we should better avoid! | |
